About this program
Foresteers is a UK-based forest school providing playful, nature-based learning experiences for children. Their ethos centres on nurturing holistic development and building positive relationships with the natural world. Through hands-on, curiosity-led activities such as shelter building, wildlife observation, and campfire cooking, Foresteers supports confidence, independence, and resilience in a welcoming woodland setting. The experienced team, with qualifications in teaching, early years education, forest school training, and safeguarding, gently mentors children while letting them lead their own learning journey. Foresteers also includes a unique Scandinavian-inspired element: the character Skogsmulle. This friendly, nature-loving figure brings woodland adventures to life, guiding children in caring for the environment and connecting with nature through stories and playful exploration. Foresteers aims to help every child thrive outside the classroom, learning new skills at their own pace and developing a lifelong love for the outdoors.
