Into The Woods is North London's first full-time, fully outdoor nursery, offering a unique early years experience rooted in the Forest School approach. Children spend the entire day outdoors, exploring, learning, and playing in the natural environment rather than in a typical classroom. The nursery operates at two sites: Highgate and Hampstead Heath (Kenwood House), both running throughout the school term. The teaching team is highly qualified and passionate about outdoor learning, fostering a child-centred and hands-on approach that supports all areas of the Early Years curriculum. Founded by experienced educator Emma Shaw, the nursery is committed to creating opportunities for young children to connect with nature, develop their confidence, build resilience, and cultivate a love for learning.
