About this program

Marigold Community Learning is a boutique school located in the village of Tumbak Bayuh near Pererenan, Bali, Indonesia. Founded in early 2020 by Candice and Laura as a small four-student learning group, the school has grown into a thriving educational community serving children aged 3 to 12 years. The school's vision is to inspire and empower young learners to create a healthy and harmonious environment within and around themselves. Marigold embodies a learner-centered philosophy where children are encouraged to have a voice, actively participate, contribute ideas, and share new perspectives. What sets Marigold apart is its commitment to holistic education that nurtures the whole child—academically, experientially, and socially-emotionally. The founders believe that children need a truly holistic education to become well-rounded, successful adults, and have created an environment where learning is exciting, children feel safe and supported, and creativity flourishes.
