The Wild School is a fully outdoor, year-round nature school serving the greater Houston, Texas area. With programs running in woods, prairies, parks, and wild spaces throughout the region, the school offers something radically different from conventional education—no buildings, no screens, just real-life learning under the sky. The school's mission is to nurture strong, kind, capable humans through nature-based education rooted in wonder, resilience, and real-world skills. Children thrive emotionally, physically, and socially through immersive, place-based learning that honors their natural developmental rhythms. Operating across multiple Houston-area locations including Katy/Fulshear, Central Houston, Spring/Humble, Cypress/Tomball, The Woodlands, and more, The Wild School makes nature education accessible to families throughout the metro area.
