About this program
The Wilderness Grove is a family-run Forest School located in over three acres of mature woodland in Cringleford, South Norfolk. The setting features wet woodland, streams, drainage ditches, ponds, and puddles, providing rich opportunities for children, young people, and adults to connect with nature through play and exploration. Sessions are facilitated by qualified Forest School Leaders Cate Regi and Tom Wild, supported by a team of qualified adults, all holding DBS checks. The Wilderness Grove prioritizes wellbeing, aiming to build confidence, resilience, and self-esteem through meaningful experiences in a supportive outdoor environment. Their ethos embraces neurodiversity, promotes conservation, and encourages healthy, active lifestyles for all participants.
