About this program
Walnut Forest Academy is a nature-based private school located on one acre of land in the quaint township of Eden Mills, Ontario, Canada. The school has walking access to trails, waterways, forests, farmland, and a beautiful park and playground. The tagline "Grow With Us" reflects their mission where "a love for learning takes root and young minds blossom." Children spend two-thirds of each day outdoors in the Walnut Forest and exploring the vast green spaces in and around Eden Mills. The school offers a holistic educational journey that is curriculum-informed and rooted in experiential, hands-on, arts-integrated, and land-based learning.
