About this program
WildWood Nature Academy is an experiential outdoor learning program where students engage with academic subjects in various outdoor classrooms across Paulding County. The academy is committed to learning by doing, believing that students learn better when they're immersed in hands-on experiences rather than just listening to instruction. The school's approach focuses on increasing physical, mental, and social health while reducing stress for both students and teachers. Academic classes are taught outside, helping children build critical thinking skills, attention, and focus. For more details or questions, families are encouraged to contact the Executive Director directly via phone, email, or Facebook.
