About this program
Escuela Waldorf de Cuernavaca is a non-profit educational institution with over 30 years of history in Mexico. The school is committed to providing education that supports the healthy development of children and young people in an integral way—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Located on a beautiful 17,000 square meter wooded property in the northern part of Cuernavaca, the school hosts more than 200 students from maternal through secondary levels. The campus represents one of the last forested corners of the city, providing a natural environment for learning. The school is a member of the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America (AWSNA) and the Waldorf Early Childhood Association of North America (WECAN), and is officially incorporated with Mexico's SEP (Secretariat of Public Education). It is part of the fastest-growing independent educational movement in the world.
