About this program

High Mowing School is an accredited Waldorf day and boarding school located in Southern New Hampshire, founded in 1942. The school serves students from preschool through grade 12 across two adjoining campuses: Pine Hill campus for early childhood through grade 8, and a dedicated high school campus for grades 9-12. As a coeducational, non-denominational college-preparatory institution, High Mowing educates students to seek truth, fulfill their highest potential, and contribute courageously to positive world development. What makes High Mowing unique is its focus on developing integrity, resourcefulness, and resilience alongside academic knowledge. The school serves over 300 students representing 20+ home countries, creating a diverse international community. The curriculum integrates arts and sciences throughout, and includes distinctive programs like their Circus Studies Program. High Mowing models excellence in Waldorf education while maintaining a commitment to environmental sustainability, social justice, and nurturing each student's artistic, intellectual, and social growth.
