About this program
EverWild Forest School is a nature-based enrichment program serving Idaho's Treasure Valley, with locations in Eagle, Boise, Garden City, and Nampa. The school fosters outdoor connection and essential life skills through place-based learning, bringing children into direct contact with nature year-round. Operating as a program of the National Outdoor Learning Alliance (NOLA), a 501(c)3 nonprofit, EverWild is dedicated to enhancing academic success and overall well-being through programming that integrates nature into formal learning experiences. The school emphasizes risky play, sensory experiences, and the "whole child approach," helping children develop confidence, curiosity, and social skills while building lasting connections with the natural world and their peers.
