About this program
Madrasa Dunya WorldSchool Morocco is a full-time community space for worldschooling families nestled in the breathtaking Ourika Valley of the High Atlas Mountains. Set within an authentic Amazigh (Indigenous Moroccan) village called Belhouane, the hub offers a unique cultural immersion experience where families learn alongside local people. The program's philosophy centers on education through discovering, creating, exchanging, and connecting. Learning emerges naturally from cultural and wisdom exchange with local facilitators and staff, embracing universal values and human connections while teaching practical life skills. The location provides the perfect starting point for Moroccan adventures, with easy access to Marrakech, the Agafay desert, Setti-Fatma waterfalls, and mountain hiking trails. All facilities including accommodations, community spaces, pools, and pet farm are within a gated complex, creating a safe environment where all family needs are met.
